I am confident and very determined person who loves a challenge. I have a friendly and approachable manor and highly motivated and focused on the job in hand. Since joining the health and social industry i believe , I have changed a lot of people’s life. I have a passion for helping people and enabling them to live they are able to. I am very flexible with my working pattern and have the stamina to work well under pressure. I start to work with Bluebirdcare in 2015 as a domiciliary carer. My main role was to help people out with daily routine as well as with personal care, their medication and even some more complex needs such as stoma care, peg feed, physio etc. I was made into a senior carer meaning that my role was to support the carers as well as the customers, carry out spot checks and reviews. While completing my senior role I split myself between domiciliary care and live in care. Whilst being a live in carer, I looked after a range of different customers with MS( multiple sclerosis)MND ( motor neurone disease), Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia. Since 2021 I have been based in the office as a Live in care manager and coordinator alongside doing night shifts or short term live in with customers. In the office my main role was to complete the carers rota for both domiciliary and live in. It was my responsibility to make sure that the customer is suitably matched to the carer. I carry out regular spot checks and reviews with customers. Within the office I had to make sure correct medication is ordered and always available for each individual customer, make sure the families are kept in constant communication and that the care that is being provided is to the top quality the customer deserves.
