I have managed up to 30 services users through assessments, monitoring, using rota system to manage their support as well as shift led in childrens residential homes. I maintain professional working with families and made referrals and sign-posted to support services where needed. I am well mannered, polite and a hardworking individual who is committed to quality, always acts with integrity and is always striving to put 100% in everything I have excellent Verbal, Written and listening skills. (Communication skills) along with and excellent telephone manner. Punctual and well organised. Fluent in kikuyu and currently learning Spanish independently. In my spare time, I attend a recording studio as I enjoy singing and engineering my own music. I also read and attend the gym.
