My communication skills is one ...More I have been a carer for nine years and has mostly worked with elderly people both men and women . I have experience in peg feed and changing of stomach bag .I am very energetic lady with a lot of experience in careering for elderly people as well as adults. My communication skills is one of my strengths Which contributes to the ways and means of achieving my my goals and objectives as a carer. Time management is also a factor. I have always use my time wisely and effectively. I am always on time and manage to finish my task in the given time. Tolerance, patience and reliability and honesty are some of my strengths which make me a great carer. Moreover my client has always been center of my duty. I always bear in mind of the differences in culture, religion and ethnicity and try as much as possible to treat all my clients equally, according to their needs and desire once it will not harm them but rather promote their well being. I have always respected my clients and given them the best care the might need. To curtail a long narration short, I will say I love my job as a carer so I do it with a good heart and that makes me a great carer. My hobbies are reading travelling .
