I try to make my clients feel every day that they are not alone with their problems, that life is beautiful and it is really worth waiting for the next day. I share my life with them and I also try to share their hardships and joy. So far, over the past five years I have been able to establish very good relationships with my clients, which resulted in the improvement of their physical and mental health or the extension of their lives. Sometimes I go shopping with my ladies, even online, sometimes, mainly with gentlemen, we learn foreign languages together or solve Sudoku, as in the case of people with Alzheimer's disease, we watch movies together with other people, then we tell them to refresh the memory. Sometimes we do physical exercises, go out for a walk together, or have long conversations over tea. In addition, we make sure that our diet and the amount of drinks we drink is appropriate for our good health.
