With my experience in the field as a support worker and carer, I have always aimed at encouraging and empowering individuals within different client groups. I had personal experience employed towards meeting my clients needs while aiming to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional requirements. I have worked within various residential care homes and agencies. I have acquired the skills of supervision of a person with learning disabilities, drugs and alcohol users, mental reablement, NHS, and elderly residents. In my past roles, I have learned from others who are associated with service users and I have also worked with care plans as this always assisted me in implementing personal center care for different client needs, as well as reviews and assessments. I had an opportunity to key work with some of the clients and this helped me to build good professional relationships between workers and service users. I am a person who is very hard working and flexible to the working conditions. I am a punctual person with time, a respectable person who likes to respect policies and the law of the organisation. Having worked in care with elderly and mental units for years, I have the potential and I believe that I have a lot to offer.
