I have had the opportunity of working in a complex care establishment and have previously worked in a care home setting. I have the ability to work with a team and manage them independently following organisation policies and procedures maintaining a high degree of care and attention to detail. I have excellent communication skills including communication with non- verbal individuals. I have a range of skills and training behind me and will always work with professionals involved in your team to train and be signed off to deliver the care you need now or may need in the future. I always work with professionalism whilst remaining empathetic, calm and approachable.
