The industry has always been close to my heart and bringing out the best in people life’s is a huge passion of mine. Through my own personal journey, I really understand the importance of providing high quality care and finding someone that you can trust. I sadly lost my mum and dad at a young age though cancer whilst working in community-based care support. Caring for my parents gave me time to reflect on the standards of care I want to provide to all the clients and families I work with. I have first hand experience with: domestic household upkeep/shopping, assisted living, maintaining support for clients in community, encouraging people to live independent lifestyle, and providing personal care were required. I promote dignity / respect throughout my work. I pride myself in being approachable and open minded as I am there to assist with a clients daily independent life. I am also medically trained, Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, life-saving support including CPR and in the process of completing my mental health first aid qualification. After my parents death I took some time out of caring and went into the aviation industry (including private aviation). For me my experience in aviation has enhanced the quality of the caring I provide. I am very quick to adapt to different situation, have an impeccable bed side manner, and set myself exceptionally high standards.
