I have a good sense of humour, listen attentively and have great observation skills. I have worked with individuals with complex needs including end of life. I have supported by preparing meals, assisting with personal care, shopping, engaging in activities among other tasks. I am aware of relevant legislation and the importance of working within policies and procedures of an organisation. Above all, I am happy to work with diverse people; am confident both as a lone worker and as part of a team. I can remain calm when faced with emergency situations while also reassuring the individual. I am ready to start work immediately if I am given the opportunity.
