Toks is a lovely lady. She personifies her Christian beliefs. Also a good cook! She is more into companionship than manual handling and more physical types of care, but rescued me when I had a gap in my calendar, shuttling back and forth between me and her long-standing commitments, rather than leave me in the lurch.

What an absolute joy it was to find Toks and spend time with her! I had an unusual task, which was to collect me from hospital after a day case surgery. She was so understanding and accommodating, even when I was delayed being discharged. I felt better within seconds of meeting her - her warmth and kindness shine through immediately and she's so very genuinely caring. I was almost sorry that it was only a quick trip to my destination because her company is so enjoyable. A wonderful person.

Toks has been an absolute god send. My mum has suffered a stroke and it is such a relief to have such a caring and kind person looking after her. My mum always says how happy she is and looks forward to her visits. I'm so appreciative of all she does for my mum. I would definitely recommend Toks as a carer...as long as you don't have her on the times she visits my mum of course! Thankyou so much x
