    I am originally from Uganda ( East Africa). I have lived in the UK for over 21 years. I was inspired to become a carer by my mother who is a registered nurse and my cousin who suffers from cerebral palsy. I was inspired to become a carer by my mother who is a registered nurse and my cousin who suffers from cerebral palsy. I have seen what an amazing job carers have done looking after my cousin over the years. Growing up as a young child I watched how my mother selflessly looked after the sick and put their needs before hers. I have looked after clients with dementia, alzheimers, cerebral palsy, cancer, spinal injuries, mental health and learning disabilities. My job as a Carer has taken me to different places around England and London. I love my job and the satisfaction I get when I see my clients thrive even in very difficult circumstances. I have a few hobbies like reading, crossword puzzles, cycling, cooking and learning new recipes, walking, trekking, rock-climbing, skydiving, theatre, cinema, music, dancing, traveling and learning about different cultures.
