I am very friendly,caring,honest, approachable,helpful, etc.Since I started worked in Residential Home 2016 I’ve been promoted as senior. I was awarded for best carer 2017 after CQC inspection. Use to worked for 3 yrs experience,3 yrs.In Nursing Home,2 and e haft year in Residential Home as Senior.1yr in as Community Carer. Total for 7yrs Experience in the Health and Social Care in England. I’ve done my NVQ3 Adult Care this July 2023 I’ve done my Health and Social Care 2020 I have my Background Degree in Nursing in Philippines by Profession.Worked in Mental Hospital for 2yrs. 2yrs in Rehabilitation Center. 1yr and Orthopedic Hospital in Manila. I’ve done updated all my mandatory training required in a England.Updated training for doing handling medications. For my duties and responsibilities: . Provide for Patient health and safety required. .Maintain Respect and Dignity and Patient wishes and preferences. .Despensing and administering meds if required according to the company policy and procedures. .Promote Patient health and well being. .Patient Centred is Important as a carer role. .Provide personal care needs for patient. .Assisted for toileting,bathing,dressing or undressing,Pad changing,dental care,applied cream,assisted mobility if patient had poor mobility. .If patient unable to feed assisted them unless if patient is independent. .Provide the patient make them comfortable. .Provide their privacy when it comes of personal problem or emotional feelings always support them. .Personal care support I’m not driving but in behalf of my husband he is willing to drive me somewhere. Unfortunately still studying my driving theory test this time.
