I have held the position of Deputy Manager for a large domiciliary care provider and managed the East Sussex service provision for Alzheimer's Society, providing specialist dementia care to those living within the community. I believe in providing a person centred approach and individual choice. I have a wide knowledge of the current services available to support people's independence and regularly liaise and coordinate with GP’s, District Nurses and Occupational Therapists to achieve this outcome. I am practiced in evaluating clients needs and recognising when the reevaluation of them is required. I am always ready to learn new skills to further my expertise. I have business car insurance which enables me to provide transport to clients. I charge mileage at £0.45ppm. I also carry out meal preparation in support of good nutrition. All dietary needs and preferences taken into account. I believe passionately in people being able to stay in control of their lives and to remain as independent for as long as possible. I see my role as part of providing the support and assistance to help achieve this. I undertake the influenza vaccine. I have a Covid pass.
