I became a carer 13 years ago, I was trying it out and I fell in love with it. I am approachable and caring, I like showing compassion and empathy with a non-judgemental attitude. I am kind, hardworking and good listener, I enjoy working close to clients with special needs, especially older people...More I became a carer 13 years ago, I was trying it out and I fell in love with it. I am approachable and caring, I like showing compassion and empathy with a non-judgemental attitude. I am kind, hardworking and good listener, I enjoy working close to clients with special needs, especially older people. I have worked in different care settings which supports complex clients. I enjoy assisting them with their daily needs like personal care, prompting medication and companionship. With my clean UK driver’s license, I enjoy driving with clients in the countryside, meeting new people and I love animals. When do live in positions I like to have a getting to know period and then I can advise how long my rotation can be as it depends on the clients condition. I can do anything from 1 to 3 weeks rotation. I prefer to have a 2 hour break each day where I can recharge and leave the house. I am able to travel within a 40 mile radius of LS13 area. I have experience of working with male and female clients. I am looking for clients that are more mobile and do note require hoisting. I am also available for long term nights where I can do 3/4 nights per week, I am flexible on which nights I can work to fit around my clients.
