Hi, I have over 11 years combined experience in the care industry, my career originally was security, I was a control officer for 6 years, then moved to do hospital 1 on 1 security mainly on suicide watch and working with clients in the late stages of dementia, this is what started me with my career...More Hi, I have over 11 years combined experience in the care industry, my career originally was security, I was a control officer for 6 years, then moved to do hospital 1 on 1 security mainly on suicide watch and working with clients in the late stages of dementia, this is what started me with my career in care, I then moved onto working in young adult social care working with young vulnerable adults in the community, I then went on for a few years working agency as a senior carer, I worked in various homes in the Leeds area working with various people from elderly, young adults, children all in a care or nursing setting, to now doing community support worker working with vulnerable adults in their own home setting. I have a lot of care experience, I am very outgoing type of person who loves to meet people, get to know them and support them through personal centred care, I believe everyone is different in their own way.
