I have support individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, autism,multiple sclerosis,stroke,mental health and young children in care. I taught as a primary school teacher for 14 years therefore, I have good communication skills. I communicate effectively with individuals, groups and organisations (which are involved in an individual’s care). I am able to produce accurate records and am able to make informed decisions. I have good time management skills and work ethics. I am a confident person and am a good team player. I have a positive,flexible attitude towards work and the clients I support.I am able to manage stress . I think logically and I am able to propose solutions to benefit the individual I support. I have a good sense of humour and a good listener.I enjoy swimming, cooking,reading, travelling, going out for walks, watching sports , listening to music and dance to it when I have a chance to do so.
