I am a mature, responsible and hardworking individual who always strives to achieve the highest possible standards, with excellent communication skills and ability to relate to wide range of people, confident and very enthusiastic individual who is competent in offering advice and support to people within home environments.I have worked in residential care for 6 years, in between these years I have worked indifferent care settings. I worked as Residential Care Worker for 4 years and I have eperience of working with elderly people,children and young people with multiple disabilities including behavioural and emotional difficulities. I also worked as a support worker in adult residential and supported living.I also worked as a live in carer with spine injury service user with everyday responsibilities of personal care eg washing and dressing change of clothes and applying creams.Hoisting, medication, catheter care, cooking, feeding, washing, ironing, cleaning, exercises going out and driving around and wheel chair experience. life experience and work experience has made me realise the passion l have in helping and supporting people who undergo various difficulties in life that place them at a disadvantage. When I was working in care homes my duties involve, personal care, medication, catheter care, feeding, cleaning My hobbies are swimming, reading, travelling, driving and meeting different types of people.
