Due to a health condition in my teens. I realised that we all are only one step away from disabled people or learning disability . I passed my driving test at age 26 years and worked for the council as a care officer for adults with learning disabilities. I then moved to Devon with my next partner and worked in a private care home for adults with learning disabilities. I lived and travelled the Canals And Rivers between 2003 - 2012 Working on seasonal contracts, updated my POVA and H & S and 1st Aid Training. Taking some private live In work . . Also few months working for Care Devises . Later I moved to South Molton to be near my family. Took driving jobs and obtained my Hackney/Private Taxi badge and continued working at festivals on kids field which I had done since 2005 voluntary . I worked as a home care worker, helped a lady in her home with lunches and cleaning. I have done some pieces of work for Adult Services paid through Disability Focus. I like to maximise peoples abilities enable and empower. I am watchful of safeguarding and will report.
