I go to great length in learning and understanding the needs of an individual that I carer for. The better you know someone the easier it becomes to provide care in a person centred way. I try to improve the care I provide and to encourage Independence. I am very patient when delivering care to an individual. I promote a good working relationship with my clients and other partners involved in the care of my client.
