My skills are combined with dedication to excellent patient and client care both in the hospital and community settings to integrate patients/clients/medical, social and emotional care. Skills in comprehensive assessment in order to deliver individualised and holistic care plan and treatment plan for patients/clients, which allows me to be able to relate and communicate effectively with patients/ clients, the multidisciplinary team and other therapists. I am a flexible worker always willing to learn and adapt to new changes and maintain calm and focus under pressure, whether it be as a team player or a leader I’m able to do it with great sense of humour.
