I’ve acquired a wealth of clinical and community skills through education and training to enhance my professional practice. My skills are combined with dedication to excellent patient and client care both in the hospital and community settings to integrate patients/clients/medical, social and emotional care. Skills in comprehensive assessment in order to deliver individualised and holistic care plan and treatment plan for patients/clients, which allows me to be able to relate and communicate effectively with patients/ clients, the multidisciplinary team and other therapists. I am a flexible worker always willing to learn and adapt to new changes and maintain calm and focus under pressure, whether it be as a team player or a leader I’m able to do it with great sense of humour.
