I have done all my internal training at my work place which actually I am working as a Reablement officer for the London Borough of Merton. My role is to support discharges from hospital to be able or set up a package of care if they are on ongoing care. Working with Vulnerable people was always a passion and blessing. I build up independence and support with rehabilitation is a very important aspect as it help individuals to build up confidence in a day to day life.
