This has given me the excellent of team working, with ability to communicate with my clients and staffs at any level and I enjoy sharing ideas and make decisions with my clients when it comes to the kind of work to be delivered. I always choose to progress to another level into my career and I am now in the position to be more flexible, dedicating ,experience and knowledgeable and I would like to do that in this role in care industry. Am always ready to support my clients when they need it at all time and I am ready to learn new opportunities in this role. I always plan and prioritise my own workload confidently, and the importance of organising and managing own workload with excellence time management skills encompasses with multi-deciplinary team working, always with patient and centred approach. I enjoy training and learning new things and I consider myself to be an enthusiastic person with personal credibility with always can do approach and always see the positive in any given situation. I have an excellent attendance record, with zero sickness and I am always very punctual. I work effectively within different areas in care industry and I always build good relationship with the clients I work with and can also work independently. I am always very friendly and get on well with my clients . I am looking for regular clients to fit around my full time job where I work 2/3 days per week and I know my rota one month in advance.
