I am very passionate about what I do and my experience includes working as part of the MDT and supporting qualified nurses to deliver high standards of care. I currently work as a bank HCA in different care settings and services through the flexible workforce and I have been working for other care agencies since 2010. I am very passionate about delivering high standards of care to ensure patient safety and positive experience of care. I had brief experience working with patients in their own homes it gave me profound insight into how care can be provided differently in the comfort of patient's own homes. My experience includes facilitating task based groups as a coping strategy and escorting patients out for recreational activities. I work well within the team as well as on my own. I have good interpersonal skills using verbal and non verbal communication and I understand the importance of handing over and recording information on patient records or in the diary. I am up to date with my mandatory training and I'm always willing to learn new skills. My relevant training includes understanding safeguarding arrangements for children, adults and being able to relate to and understand the needs of different people. I am currently looking for regular live in clients on a 2 week on 1 week of rota. I am happy to arrange a Curam meet to discuss your care requirements in more detail.
