My passion for caring for others started 22 years ago when I became a Foster Carer for Hammersmith & Fulham Council. From there, I pursued various training and certification programs in child and elderly care, including courses in medication administration, mobility assistance, and dementia care. I am also highly experienced with handling and changing stoma bags as I have gone through this experience for myself. I have been recognized four times by Hammersmith and Fulham Council for being a trusted, long-standing and highly regarded health and social care provider. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and preferences. I have found great joy and fulfillment in being able to make a positive impact on their lives, whether it be through helping them maintain their independence or simply offering a listening ear. In addition to my technical skills, I pride myself on my ability to build strong relationships with those I care for. I believe that empathy, respect, and communication are key components of any successful care plan, and I always strive to make sure my clients feel heard and valued. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, watching the news, television shows and movies, walking and spending time with my children. I am looking for clients that are more mobile and do not require hoisting.
