Apart from assisting my clients directly, I have also managed a small team of carers within a re-ablement project in cooperation with the NHS. Personally I enjoy a good walk in the countryside or at a seaside. Light sport activities, watching a film, sometimes art, music, light crafts-handiwork, learning new things, meditation.
