Leading by example to develop a high performing. team, striving for continued quality standards in health, hygiene and dignity. understanding of the clients needs taking the time to listen and in a person centred approach to tailor/develop a plan that suits their needs. I have experience working with individuals with varying conditions from early/late stage dementia, parkinson's disease, adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, diabetes, down syndrome, vision impairment and palliative care. In my role as a carer I'd be able to support with other household activities i.e administration of medication, house chores around the home, shopping, medication, prepping meals, maintaining the garden and companionship.. The hobbies I enjoy in my free time are reading, music the current and the classics, crosswords and soduku, travelling, exercise and cooking.
