As a carer and student nurse, I proactively offer and give patients the best care. Continuously utilised critical thinking skills to provide skilled nursing care, communicate with all healthcare professionals involved in patient care, organize, and coordinate the service delivered, identify areas for improvement, and provide quality care to meet their needs. Proven ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with patients of all age groups, ethnic backgrounds, religions, and healthcare professionals to enable a comprehensive and consistent approach, responding promptly and effectively to any queries or concerns.
