I grew up with my grand mother, so that's why I chosed to work in this kind of job. I am trying to be a care assistant that can make her clients happy and satisfied of my services provided, not only in written words, but rather in practice? I like to have full consultation with my clients before going ahead. This includes reviewing care plans, discussing schedules, finalising rates dependent on needs etc.
