I truly love my job and I believe we can make a real difference in other's life. . Tracheotomy, Bipapand Cpap Trained, Peg feeding experience , bowel management, with hoisted and manual handling. Medication experienced. Epilepsy with buccal treatment. All CPD up to date with a clean driving license. A highly competent and enthusiastic carer with an outgoing personality, great communication skills and a passion for caring for others. Multi-skilled and self-motivated with a dedication for providing personal and physical care on a one-to-one basis. Having a proven ability to meet the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. Using initiative to develop effective solutions to problems with an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done efficiently & unsupervised. Able to understand the importance of listening to patients and respecting their rights as well as adhering to relevant laws and to the standards of care upheld by the employer.
