I have experience working with early stage dementia and late stage dementia and Parkinson’s disease, autism and stroke clients. Helping with exercise required by the physiotherapist, catheter care, colostomy bag care, moving and handling clients and using hoist, assisting with all personal care, escorting to hospital appointments, day centre, shopping and library. I can cook fresh food; breakfast, lunch and suppers. I do not smoke and I would like to work with non-smoking clients. I do not mind having pets in a clients house but I prefer not working with them. I am always happy helping people, this gives me great satisfaction, because I know one day I will be vulnerable and I will require help and assistance from others. I can travel to work from 1-10miles. I am available to work days only as I can’t work nights at the moment.
