As a therapist I support my service users to learn/relearn new skills after an illness or a fall to maintain their independence nd as a carer I support them to engage in daily living activities such as personal hygiene,toileting,domestic tasks and many others. I am highly skilled in implementing a person centred plan and reviewing it according to customers' needs while ensuring customers are supported to make an informed decision and respect their choice. I work within guidelines of valuing people at all times, which has made me more sensitive to equality and diversity. I pride myself in maintaining confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills, which enables me to build a rapport with my customers.
