I have 5 years working experience. In these 5 years my duties are: . Assisting clients with their personal hygiene, such as giving them a bath, shower or a wash, drying, pad changing and dressing them up. · Assisting with preparing and serving their meals, eating and drinking. Feeding them if the need arises from client to client. · Prompt and Assist with their medication and sign. · Washing the dishes and tidying up. Hover the house and sweep the kitchen. · Assisting with laundry. · Supporting clients with social and physical activities such as mobility, taking them out for a walk. · Encourage them to be independent. · Toileting; Assisting them to the commode, emptying and washing it. · Making beds. · Moving and Handling with the hoist, sara stedy and the lifting slings, · Use of bed slide sheets. · Helping them with day to day needs or administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for their needs. · Providing clients with emotional support and company. · Engaging them in conversations about their interests and past stories. · Emptying and changing the urine bag. · Document the activity of the day in the communication book. My hobbies are cooking, listening to all genres of music, dancing, discussing current affairs, computer literate, watching biographies and reading. I am hard working, a very organized individual, reliable, adaptable, with good interpersonal and communication skills. I use my initiative all the time and I am a good listener.
