I am looking for live in positions in a 20 mile radius of London, NW3 but can also consider travelling further. I am looking for three weeks on and off depending on each person’s needs and circumstances . Generally, I am very flexible, and I would be evaluating someone’s needs and make sure everyone is happy before we agree in a specific rota pattern. I have experience equally with the elderly ( dementia and Parkinson) and younger people, with SCI or another type of tetraplegia for six years as a live in carer. Also, I am experienced in using hoists, manual moving and handling, medicine, cooking, daily care routine, and general house maintenance, as well as petsitting. My cooking skills are definitely above average, as Mediterranean, I favour and cook salads, and other Greek delicacies, such as seafood-although I am also good at cooking Shepherds pies, seafood, pasta, Chicken tikka Masala or Thai chicken. In other words, I can cook anything, eating always healthy although occasionally I like to cook that fachitas! I would love to take care if your pets as well. I have a dog myself. I believe that my patience, my love and empathy towards people in general, and my understanding, patience and diligence make me a great carer. I am responsible, clean, organised, patient and pleasant .My working experience as a psychologist, and my working experience in the social sector have given a lot of confidence working with people of all abilities and disabilities. I am very happy to drive in the UK when I acquire this experience. I am also happy to travel further, however I might require travel costs to be reimbursed. Please contact me for further information!
