The ability to work in an organization where I can maximize my potentials in helping people to live independently, often following an illness. My passion is to organise social activities for people who need care and support. I am a passionate carer and offer support to older peoples with past experience I had in taking Care/Support of my father as a stroke patience, Living and taking care/Support of my Grandparent for some decade. In which developed my interest and build up my Passion for Care/Support work. I am self-motivated, organized and capable of working under pressure. I enjoy responsibility and am keen to take on new challenges. In my previous roles I have proven myself to be trustworthy, competent and conscientious, as well as being a perceptive and a friendly team player. A very hardworking and experienced training in carer, support worker and patience. I have past experience of taking care and support of person with disability, stroke patience and elderly grandparent, Also I have past experience of taking care and support of kids as a teacher/headmaster of a School. Understanding, a good listener, reliable, self-motivated and driven to provide the best Possible support for client in need of full or part time support, working according to client Needs and follow care and medication plan.
