Putting those in need is my main priority when at work , I have the experience as well as a good caring nature as not everyone is soft hearted for this kind of role as a healthcare assistant. Being a friendly presence to someone in need could make their day when feeling alone , it also helps to build a good relationship with the service user. Having a good sense of humour & always having a positive attitude towards working will help a long way as it has helped me. With roles such as these it’s important to have patience , In order to keep service users calm as well as yourself when under pressure & in general. Lastly most individual rely on care staff for there needs so being trustworthy and reliable is a very important thing as a lot of service users depend on us as they don’t have no family or friends so it’s important to be truthful and always do your best. I have been told by many that I have a great caring nature and I really do enjoy such jobs as I have in the past.
