I am strong, flexible mental aptitude and adapt to unpredictable situations. I cope with physical demand of my role whilst also been able to work with people with challenging behaviour. a. My written and verbal communication skill is very good. e. I am resilient with the ability to maintain some psychological distance from work. f.
