I am strong, flexible mental aptitude and adapt to unpredictable situations. I cope with physical demand of my role whilst also been able to work with people with challenging behaviour. a. I have the ability to empathise with client. b. I have good understanding of the theories of mental health illness. c. I have excellent team work skills and no problem working as a lone worker. d. My written and verbal communication skill is very good. e. I am resilient with the ability to maintain some psychological distance from work. f.
