Having worked with a number of organisations and trained them and their staff to meet the required care standards, I feel privileged to have worked with so many different people to help them live comfortably and overcome challenges. Working with younger people, or older people is incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to use my calm approach to support people to overcome difficulties. Able to use own initiative, I also work well in a team. For me it is truly an honour to be in a position of responsibility, to work with people who need a little extra help and try to make a difference.
