The way nurses provide emotional support to the patients as well as their families, and how they go through a series of roles encouraged me to be even more involved in the health sector. I am motivated and determined as I demonstrated in my first job in the UK as a care assistant, I was quickly promoted to a senior role because of my exceptional performance. My job as a care assistant involved doing different training programs covering topics such as manual handling, dementia, medications, health & safety, and first aid. I am currently working as a support worker where I am fully involved with people in the community who suffer from a variety of conditions such as learning disability, Alzheimer, autism, and challenging behaviour's courses and doing the job have helped me to have better performance and be more efficient. Whilst working as a support worker and care assistant I have been working under pressure without leaving to side responsibility, caring, understanding, and commitment, I am proud of my work and helping people within the community. Nowadays I want to go even further studying to become a mental health nurse, it will allow me to be more deeply involved with people who suffer from all kinds of mental illnesses. While I am still doing my current job, I am also studying for my Access Course in Nursing and Midwifery In addition, Beyond my academic studies, in my free time I enjoy singing, watching TedTalk programs, and having good conversations with friends. As an individual, I am very hard working, organised and I am trained to be an exceptional caregiver. I am very dedicated I do have the endurance and motivation to improve my academic performance.
