I have developed my communication skills and feel able to communicate with a number of different levels of people and feel that I am able to relate well to people requiring help and direction in their lives. I also support people with social and physical activities as well as basics such as preparing meals, eating and drinking and managing on their own initiative. I have also worked on a night shift period and I am flexible on working at different times of the day and night as required I currently work with Greater Manchester mental health NHS, and Exemplar health care as a support worker. I provide day to day care and living assistance to patients, as well as assist with personal care. I am able to work day shifts 9 ;30am to 2pm Monday to Friday. I am also able to do sleepovers and waking 2/3 nights per week and I am flexible on which days those are Monday to Friday, and sometime weekends.
