When with them, I take time to assess and observe what their real concerns are. I make myself available and adapt to each person's best friend. While working in a nursing home, every resident that talks now have started wanting to socialise especially those that like football in their earlier years. I have tried to reconnect back to their good old years and therefore reduce boredom and isolation and increase interaction and happiness especially on those with dementia. They really love it. I respond VERY QUICKLY to EVERYONE'S CALL. I am an expert calmer to those who are noisy. I am passionate about their well-being and always proactive in safeguarding them. I play with children and engage them happily. I AM THOROUGH IN ENVIRONMENTAL ENGAGEMENT. I am a responsible father who cares for both elderly and young females so engaging me on females creates no worries.
