I have been in care work for nearly 4 years and have experience with a wide range of ages. I work in a personal assistance capacity and am multi skilled to fit your needs. From helping with administration to cooking nutritious meals. I have a full driving licence and my own car but am confident driving any car. I am focused towards promoting dignity, independence, confidence and respect. I have a good sense of humour and I care about people. I have worked in well-being in schools and have mostly studied to help people navigate their feelings. I am a certified counsellor and CBT practitioner but I’m interested in improving quality of life whether that is practically, emotionally or mentally. On a personal level, I love to paint with acrylics and I’m a keen cook. I like all animals and enjoy walking in the countryside where I live. I am happy to work across the UK in a live in capacity and am flexible with time schedules.
