I'm Lee, a long-time support worker, personal assistant and community worker for nearly 20 years. I'm often described as enthusiastic, dynamic and talkative. While I am local to the North West, I've travelled around the world and have always found that supporting people to be my lifetime vocation. I'm very passionate about culture, and particularly ancient history and art, producing my own ancient history themed art in my spare time. I'm also a self confessed nerd, with a keen interest in 3D printing and miniature wargaming (I never really grew out of playing Warhammer in my teens!) Outside of that, I read a lot and have a very eclectic music taste, and am always finding new music on Spotify. especially funk and jazz artists but I'm always open to new experiences. I've travelled a lot, and lived in various places around the world including Australia and Egypt, and have a fascination with ancient history and philosophy, particularly ancient Egypt, Rome and Stoicism. As a carer, I pride myself on being able to meet challenges and ensure the time I spend with you, has you at the centre. I'm sensitive, empathic and discreet when it comes to supporting people with personal care, and only support people in the same way I'd want to be supported myself.
