I take care of personal care, wash and dress the person, then escort them at the dining room then fix their breakfast to eat, if they need support then I help them if I am responsible for preparing lunch I do that later during the time when needed}. I take their dirty clothes in the laundry room, put it in the washing machine to wash and then hang it up to dry, I clean their room and make it tidy. If they need help with moving from one place to the other, I give that assistant. I did dementia care for more then five years and care in general fifteen or more years . I love cooking and baking little snacks. Also depending on the person care plan, it how I began with the procedure of how to care for that individual. I am very passionate of caring for the elderly because I see my own old parents in them . when I am on my shift I am very focus on what I need to do during that period..
