Jane has been super with mum who has end stage Parkinson's. Mum's care needs can change from hour to hour but this doesn't faze Jane who can deal with all of Mum's needs. She is friendly and chatty and got stuck in as soon as she arrived, making the transition from me being Mum's carer to having a stranger in the house so easy to deal with. This is now the second time we've had Jane live in for a fortnight and we've booked her again for May as Mum has really enjoyed her company and care.

Jane has been caring for my mother who has dementia, for many months.. She's very approachable and friendly. She is a good listener and very patient allowing my mother to think she makes the decisions! She is very hard working, not just looking after Mum but also cooking, cleaning and shopping. She is full of fun-there is never a dull moment in this house when she's here. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I want to thank Jane- Ann for her care and compassion of my mum in her final days and minutes. It gives me great solace to know Jane was with mum giving her reassurance and comfort in her calm practical manner and know that mum was happy up until her last day .

Jane-Ann is a first class carer. She is conscientious and hard working . She takes her roll in caring for my parents very seriously. She is empathetic, respectful and diligent. She continually encourages them through love and laughs, to be as independent as possible thus maintaining their dignity and humour. I feel totally relaxed leaving her for a week or three! Thank you so much for your help, understanding and insight to the care profession.

Jane has come to my rescue twice and I've already booked her in again to look after my mum who has late stage dementia. Jane has a lovely, warm, caring and chatty personality and just seems to slot in without any fuss and takes things in her stride which she proved when mum's spring water supply was off on 3 separate occassions in one week. Mum and her pet dog are very happy when Jane is around and so am I.

Mum has dementia and can get anxious at change but from the moment Jane arrived and introduced herself she put mum at ease. She was a great companion to mum, chatting and taking time to listen and interact with her. I would thoroughly recommend Jane for her professionalism and compassion

We have had Jane spend 3 weeks looking after dad and she has done an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble for her. we are looking forward to her next visit already

Jane-Ann came and helped us when it felt like we were in the eye of the storm. We had just found out our Mum's cancer was terminal and things felt like they were falling apart. Jane-Anne was extremely professional and she was excellent with my Mum making her feel cared for and looked after. Jane-Ann also helped out a lot around the house, taking care of laundry and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. I would highly recommend working with Jane-Ann. Thank-you <3
