I have 4 years experience, working as a carer, I put my clients 1st at all times. I am kind , passionate, patient , compassionate, pay attention to details and very considerate of clients well being at all times. I have worked with clients with different conditions and needs there makingc adjustments to unique individuals so as to cater for their needs. For me respect and dignity for my clients is a priority always, making sure they feel safe and comfortable at all times in their home. I love cooking, reading, taking walks and watching movies. I am a great listener and make sure my clients needs are met at all times. l love meeting new clients and learning new cultures as well as sharing mine. When it comes to personal care I am confident at what I do. Medication administration skills, I make sure I check on dates, instructions and communicate well with clients to make sure they understand as well. Making sure my clients are safe in their own homes is a priority for me. I annualy update my skills in line with care legislation, which enables me to work safely with vulnerable clients. I have also done palliative care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. I make sure records are well written and well kept to maintain clients confidentiality at all times.
