This h...More * Not currently available to take on any clients* I started caring for my mum when I was 16 and this is what got me into a career in care. I really enjoy my job and take pride in giving top quality person centred care. I have been working professionally in the care sector for around 8 years. This has been in a variety of roles including community care, hospital to home support, reenablement worker and care supervisor. My area's of knowledge and experiance include- - Medication management - Incontinence - Stoma Care, catheter care - this has been learned on the job no formal in date training certificates have been achieved. - Pressure wound management - Dementia - Stoke - COPD - Limited or zero mobility I have experience and basic skills for cooking and baking but I do enjoy learning and can easily follow instructions or a recipe. I am also registered with social care Wales. I am flexible with days and times at present. I am happy to cover anywhere within a 15 miles radius for hourly visits, but I am open to travel further if mileage is paid. For nights and 24hr care I cover an area of 25 miles, but also happy to travel further if mileage is paid.
