I used to teach Yoga and I have also been a Reiki healing practitioner for twenty years. I love helping people with anxiety, depression and all manner of physical and mental health issues. (I currently unable to upload my various care work qualifications, due to computer failure, but this will be amended as soon as possible. In the meantime, I would be more than happy to email them to you privately as I have some files on my phone.) I am very experienced in care work and really enjoy connecting with people and being of help and support in all areas, personal and domestic. I am friendly, kind, considerate and respond efficiently to all of my clients needs. I have a deep respect for my clients privacy and independence. I grew up in a very loving family in Hampshire and, under my parents influence, developed a strong affinity with animals and nature. I love spending time with my family and visiting my elder sister and brother who live in Devon and Manchester, respectively. I love learning new recipes, including meat and vegetarian dishes. I am also very knowledgeable in areas of natural health and nutrition so I will be very capable of supporting you if you enjoy exercising, healthy eating etc. I have a lifetime of experience of rescuing and looking after dogs and other animals, so if you have any pets, I can assure you they will be very safe and loved. I can also assist you with trips to the vet and administering their medication. My spoken and written English and my general communication skills are excellent. I have a full driving licence. I am capable of working independently, as well as supporting a team and sharing responsibilities with other care professionals. I am highly efficient and responsive in times of crisis and emergency. . I have experience working with a diverse range of physical and mental issues including Parkinson’s, OCD, anxiety, Dementia, incontinence, physical injuries and blindness. I would love to bring some warmth and comfort to you in your home and assist you with all your personal, physical and recreational needs and interests.
