I have a Nvq level 2 and level 3 in diploma health & social care. My previous experience has been support officer in the community and sheltered housing. I have attended lots of training and could reassure you with my Certificates . My role is to listen to the individual ensuring their are safe in their own community. Respect the individual by giving choice’s and dignity.communication and understanding and ensuring all safeguarding is in place at all times.supporting the individual with their needs .making sure the individual has enough food .and hygiene is very important.making sure the individual are living in the clean environment.medication is very important for the individual are noting missing out. I always keep a record of it .i love keeping company of the individual watching tv , movies, listening to music, going to restaurant,, sitting in the garden, cooking, I am very patient and confident in my duty of care work and always have been to learn all different activities and to bring joy and value of good care and smile to the individual’s
