I started my career as a care assistant working with the elderly in their own homes, administration of medication, assisting with washing and dressing, household duties, companionship and food preparation. After this role I moved on to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health, supporting again within their own homes, helping them to live their lives to the full, assisting with all aspects of running a house, money management and getting out in the community. I currently continue my role supporting learning disabilities but also support for adults with physical disabilities which I have been doing for the last three years. I absolutely love what I do, Making a difference and enhancing peoples lives to fulfil it to their full potential is something I'm very passionate about.
