I have worked with different kind of age group learning disability, physical disability, dementia and more. The reason why I became a carer is because when I was about 10-11 years old I was looking after my grandmother, and she said to me one day, I hope one day you will be looking after people and helping others the way you do for me, it touches my heart and when I became an adult I got myself into the care industry and became a carer. I have been working in the care industry for over 20-years it's a passion to me to help others because I know one day I would like someone to help me the way I do help others. I am very hard-working my clients would normally say to me that I am a very funny person because I always make them laugh. I will always love the job that I do by helping others in need and that is my passion and that's what makes me a great carer. One of my hobbies is cooking, I love to talk and I'm a very good cook.

Excellent

Marsha was very friendly and responded quickly. She took the time to speak to us and understand our needs. She was so good with my mum, who has Alzheimer's. I will definitely recommend Marsha.

Excellent

Marsha has been looking after my mother for about 10 months now and I can honestly say there has been no complaints from myself, my mother or any of my family in regards to the level of care and attention my mother receives. Marsha is punctual, sociable and communicative. I’m very glad we chose Marsha for my mother who at times can be difficult to deal with. Marsha’s experience in care is self evident in the way she conducts her duties, putting her client immediately at ease..
