I am a very empathetic, caring and kind and positive person and also a mother with natural instincts to care and make others around me comfortable. I have worked as a Healthcare assistant/ carer for over 5 years, over 3 years of experience in my country Nigeria and I have been working in the UK as a healthcare assistant since August 2021 till date. I have worked in care homes, clients homes and currently training in hospitals as part of the requirements to complete my nursing degree. I have experience working for clients with complex conditions such as muscular dystrophy, Parkinson disease, dementia, autism and also open to learn more and work with people who have other challenges and disabilities. I also have experience working with patients and service users who require peg care, Stoma care and Catheter care. I have also been trained to work with patients who have a Tracheostomy and can safely and effectively reposition clients and patients as needed or based in care plan. I am very happy and open to be trained to acquire more skills.
